Please Note: our support opening hours are 9am-5pm (CET) Monday to Friday, please bear these times in-mind as you may be on a different time zone.
From the 16th May 2010 if you purchase a product from our store you must have an active support pack (purchased separately) in order to obtain support. You must check your support pack is valid prior to logging a ticket.
